Cameron Advertising -Chief Creative Officer

Throughout my career at Cameron Advertising, I began as an Assistant Art Director; promoted to Art Director; promoted to Creative Director and most recently Chief Creative Officer.
Responsibilities Included:

Supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Creative Department consisting of up to 15 members. Duties included: leading the overall creative vision and creative teams; creating and producing innovative and high-quality work; fostering interdepartmental collaboration to achieve desired goals; strategic planning and budgeting; collaboration with stakeholders; innovation and trend identification; talent acquisition and performance evaluation; pitches and presentations.

Managing Tier 1 (National) Tier 2 (Regional) and Tier 3 (Local) accounts ranging from small budgets to multi-million-dollar budgeted accounts.

Pitching and managing creative direction with execution of several large-scale campaigns to promote corporate growth – e.g.: VIP Auto Group facilitated growth from a 2-store automotive group into a multi-billion-dollar franchise of 9 stores.
